Burton, Michigan

Burton is a city in Genesee County in the state of Michigan and a suburb of Flint.

Over the years the area has gained population and changed from an agricultural community to a thriving suburban community.

On May 26, 1997 the City of Burton Veterans Memorial was dedicated to honor those who served in our country’s military forces.  The memorial has become a proud addition to the city and is the focal point of the city’s Memorial Day celebration.
